Working with Doyle & Sons on our outdoor spaces has been a pleasure and the result is dazzling! Pat and his team created a truly beautiful garden space with gorgeous curved walkways to a patio bordered by a 55’ low, curved, retaining wall with a 14” seat cap that will provide fabulous seating for entertaining. They also installed a full irrigation system on timers for a very low maintenance garden. It was time to replace an old cracked and worn out cement walkway. Part of this was a cement ramp that lead from the sidewalk to the base of our front porch. That ramp was very dangerous when iced over in the cold months. Pat came out and surveyed the job. This walkway connected to an existing paver patio and we were hoping to use the same pavers for the new walkway. Pat found out quickly the old pavers are no longer available to purchase. He spent time researching for us and came up with a great alternative. We also talked with him about the front ramp and he provided a great solution that involved creating a few steps to reduce the pitch of the surfaces. His crew showed up the first day, on time, and started working right away. The crew were here every day and worked throughout the day almost non-stop. The entire job took only 4 days to complete and the finished product looks like it has been there all along. Very little disrupted lawn and plantings. We now have a great looking and safe walkway for our guests. We have also gotten many complements from neighbors walking by the house. Pat worked with my wife and me to bring our vision of a backyard entertainment space to life. After two in-person meetings—where we spent hours flipping through landscape magazines and picking Pat’s brain about materials and design—and several phone calls, we were finally able to nail down exactly what we wanted. I got multiple quotes, but no one else showed the same patience, attention to detail, or genuine understanding of what we were trying to achieve. In the end, we got nearly double the square footage for the same price as his competitors. Honestly, there was no competition. When Pat and his crew showed up on the first day to break ground, we were so excited we joked that the crushed stone alone would’ve been good enough! Throughout the whole process, the crew was professional, courteous, and hardworking—rain or shine. Doyle & Sons, LLC Installed my new 12ft. X 24ft. Kayak above ground swimming pool the end of July 2024 in my backyard. I dealt with Patrick Doyle. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the types of service Doyle & Sons offer & is a fine gentleman. My pool installation was more difficult then the average above ground pool installation, given that the pool was being installed on a concrete patio with a 12in. drop in grade from one end of the pool to the other end. Patrick & his crew built a sand box out of 4" x 4" x 16' pressure treated timbers anchored to the concrete patio. They lined the interior of the structure with landscape cloth, then added 3/4" crushed stone (for drainage), followed by dense grade, and topped off with brick sand to level the section of the concrete patio that the pool was to be installed on. Even with the 12in. drop in grade they kept the top of the 4x4 structure level, & once installed the deck of the Kayak pool was dead level! They did all this work suppling all the materials & demolishing & removing my existing 13ft. round pool in 2 days! Doyle & Sons workman are very professional, courteous, & neat. Patrick himself did some masonry pointing repairs on my house during the pool installation. His work was exellent and the price was very fair. What a great job from Patrick Doyle and his crew at my home in Marshfield Massachusetts! I was a little hesitant, but after Patrick gave me a great price for material and labor, and came to my home on a Sunday to walk me through everything I was on board!! These guys did a beautiful charcoal border with crushed stone for more parking A brick parking area in front of my fence and they are almost done doing a landing and steps outside my side door which goes right up to my pool deck and also a wall going up one side of my pool it really looks beautiful I think it gave it a nice inground feel! These guys are great, fast efficient organized and particular. I’m very happy all around with the price and workmanship! I plan to update this review with pictures of before and after.
